Zhejiang Zhongyu Hardware Co., Ltd. is the one of earliest proprietorship in manufacturing spring washer in China. It was founded in 1995, and has more than 10 years experiences. Its output, sales volume and quality are all at the top of China. From the "Fuda" brand spring washer come into the market, the sales volume keep increasing, and the quality keep improving. This brand is popular both in domestic and abroad, earns great reputation from more and more customers. Our factory continually makes efforts to research and explore on the way to technological innovation and products creation. Now we can not only manufacture GB, BS, DIN, ANSI, JIS, the five series more than 300 standards, but also explored some special standards such as waved spring washer, saddle-backed spring washer, spherical surface spring washer, triangular spring washer and double spring washer and so on. Also can manufacture spring washer and all kinds of hardware pressing with many special materials, such as stainless steel, brassiness and phosphor copper. In order to cover more market, as well as meet the need of clients, we set up Zhejiang Zhongyu Hardware Co. Ltd in industrial estate Heshan Town Tongxiang City in 2006. The new company total investment more than 36 million Yuan and the construction area is 18816 sqm with the annual capacity of 10, 000 tons spring washer and all kinds of hardware pressing. Also the new company was authorized the right of self-handling import-export, and will be another bases of manufacturing and exporting spring washer in China. Our factory has always been paying keen attention to the quality control, and learning the advanced quality management ways from abroad. We has established the complete and scientific quality management system. Our products have reached national standard on five quality check of Zhejiang machinery products inspection from 1997, granted the title of "Zhejiang Province Eligible Company" "Zhejiang Province High Grade Products" "National Trustful Quality Products And Faithful Enterprise" and "one of the ten famous brand authenticated by China Spring Washer Quality Association. At the same time we strictly according to the request of the international quality control system, with a clear goal for organization and implementation of effective work. After several years' efforts, we have got the authentication certificate last year. Developing and technological innovating are the eternal pursuit.
